Welcome
Fitzroy Falls is situated
in the picturesque Southern Highlands, just an hour and
a half south of Sydney. Fitzroy Equestrian
Centre is close
to many attractions including the 81 metre waterfall that
gives its name to the town, scenic bushwalks, and viewing
platforms - not to mention B&Bs, cafes, antique stores
and galleries.
Fitzroy Equestrian
Centre was established in 1975 by the
Malcolm Family and has continued since then without interruption.
We offer horse agistment and training as well as riding
lessons for adults and children from beginner to advanced
level.
We run weekly camps for both residential and daily students
during each school holidays and also offer lessons during
the school term. Saturdays and after school are very popular
with the children whilst the adults often prefer lessons
during the week-day.
Fitzroy Equestrian
Centre has been
the home of Moss Vale’s
Riding for the Disabled group since 1999. Riders come to
us from the local schools and Tangara Special School
as well as independently. Volunteers are always welcome;
a background with horses is not necessary.
Angus and Neatie Malcolm both hold NCAS EFA Level 1 General
Coaching Qualifications and we are members of the Australian
Horse Riding Centres NSW.
